I share you views on the tax issue. People could argue that you could say the same about roads if you dont drive a car or education if you dont have kids. However, many of the expenses around alcohol are made by people just doing stupid stuff and then not having to take full responsibility, and that is what gets up my nose. Perhaps alcohol related accidents shouldn't be covered by ACC or people have to pay the police or hospital costs incurred. Man I am starting to sound like the yellow man - Rodney Hide!!
